User agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

REDEMPTION OF GIFT CARD VOUCHERS

• Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from its date of issue.
• This Gift Card shall be subject to applicable laws or any new law, rules and/or regulations as may be promulgated imposed by the Government, RBI, or any other statutory/regulatory authority.

• E Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise at Merchant outlet within India. This Gift Voucher is redeemable during its validity
• This E Gift Card can be redeemed only once in store
• E Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift card.
• If the invoice value is greater than the Gift card value customer can pay the balance amount through Cash, Debit Card, and Credit Card as the case may be.
• Merchant shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this E Gift Card.
• The holder of this E Gift Card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the E Gift Card and the credentials mentioned on it. E Gift Card is a bearer instrument

DISCOUNT AND CASHBACK

Offer valid for Indian users only. This offer is valid for purchases made from Amazon India and Flipkart marketplaces only. The cashback will be in the form cash to third party wallets approved by RBI. The cashback offer will be valid for 90 days from the date of order placed.
