All transactions happen on third party payment gateway servers – Paytm, Razorpay, PayU and Cash free. Neither the Company nor the owners of this website will be responsible for any loss or leak of transactional data – bank credentials, PIN, credit/debit card details. User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. User agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
REDEMPTION OF GIFT CARD VOUCHERS
- Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from its date of issue.
- This Gift Card shall be subject to applicable laws or any new law, rules and/or regulations as may be promulgated imposed by the Government, RBI, or any other statutory/regulatory authority.
- No returns and no refunds on gift cards purchased through woohoo.in. Please check the refund policy at http://www.woohoo.in/faq for further details.
- E Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise at Merchant outlet within India. This Gift Voucher is redeemable during its validity
- This E Gift Card can be redeemed only once in store
- E Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift card.
- If the invoice value is greater than the Gift card value customer can pay the balance amount through Cash, Debit Card, and Credit Card as the case may be.
- Merchant shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this E Gift Card.
- The holder of this E Gift Card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the E Gift Card and the credentials mentioned on it. E Gift Card is a bearer instrument
DISCOUNT AND CASHBACK
Offer valid for Indian users only. This offer is valid for purchases made from Amazon India and Flipkart marketplaces only. The cashback will be in the form cash to third party wallets approved by RBI. The cashback offer will be valid for 90 days from the date of order placed. As per Cashback policy, the user is eligible to avail up to Rs. 500 per transaction. Check your cashback amount on third party wallet approved by RBI. A customer can earn cashback up to Rs. 1000 in their lifetime. Brightcrop Agro Products Private Limited reserves the right to employ reasonable technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. Further, you acknowledge that the Company’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the Company. You agree that the Company is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to you. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, the Company solely reserves the right to revoke the cashback offer/ not award the cashback at all. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
