What are the delivery charges?

We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us offset logistics costs. All our orders are delivered at your doorstep.

Faster delivery

We facilitate faster deliveries on orders of maximum weight upto 10 kilograms. We usually ship such orders with Speedpost, DTDC, Bluedart and Delhivery based on availability of service in pincode entered while placing orders. Top Green Organics will not be liable for any delay of delivery for such orders during unusual circumstances.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The offered product
  • Product’s availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on products sold?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for different pincode?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your geographic location, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

We are not accepting any cash on delivery orders as of now.

Do you accept return of products?

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product(s) provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Cancellation requests received later than TWO(2) business days of receiving order will not be entertained.

RETURN POLICY

This item is non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product. Only those products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS

We ship your products with reliable last mile delivery partners, viz. FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc. In case of any return order due to non delivery, we shall not bear the cost of reshipping your products. Your order shall be reshipped with additional shipping charges only. Charges for reshipping may vary with your address of delivery. Mode of payment for additional shipping charges may include prepaid or cash on delivery. This does not include orders which are damaged in transit.
